The hotel is situated very near to the Central Railway station, making it easily accessible to all important places. The rooms are small but very clean and neat, offering a comfortable stay. The service provided was helpful and made our stay comfortable, although some actions were questionable. The dining experience was decent but could offer more variety. Overall, a convenient stay with friendly staff and clean facilities.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and came at a budget-friendly rate. The TV had a good number of channels, which was a nice addition. The service was very responsive and supportive, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The hotel's location was convenient and centrally located, just behind the Mangalore railway station. However, the dining experience was a bit late for my liking, and I found better pricing for meals around the corner.
To our surprise, the hotel was continuously getting masala and oil smell and noise from the restaurant below; nonetheless, the rooms were very comfortable, clean, and nicely appointed, though not overly spacious. The hotel is too clean and neat overall.
The economy suites under OYO rooms were basic but very clean. However, they are beside a huge exhaust from a neighboring building, which runs 24/7 with loud noise. The service was courteous and helpful, especially from the receptionist. The location is good as it is centrally located around Mangalore Central Railway Station and close to the city. The dining experience can be delivered to the room and is reasonably priced and reasonably good, but it isn't served until an unusually late hour. The facilities provide necessary amenities but may lack in some aspects.
The hotel offers clean and nicely appointed rooms, though not overly spacious, with a good choice of TV channels. The service could use more discipline and cooperation, while the location is perfect for accessing malls, restaurants, and the railway station. The dining experience could be more enthusiastic, yet they offer good options. Overall, a comfortable stay with minor areas for improvement.
